    By accessing and using the Eastwood Ranch Foundation website https://www.eastwoodranch.org (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

    The content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, is owned by Eastwood Ranch Foundation and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

    The materials appearing on Eastwood Ranch Foundation’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Eastwood Ranch Foundation does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Eastwood Ranch Foundation may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Eastwood Ranch Foundation does not make any commitment to update the materials.

The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Eastwood Ranch Foundation of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
