About
Our Mission
Our goal is to not only rescue animals from high kill shelters but to help reduce pet overpopulation and increase pet adoptions through campaigns, events, education, spay/neuter programs and rescue partnerships. We believe that by developing strategic alliances with other non-profits and rescue groups, together we can make a greater impact on animal welfare and save more lives. Eastwood Ranch Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-for-profit organization.
Alison Eastwood was born in Los Angeles and raised in beautiful Pebble Beach CA. Her love for animals and nature was instilled in her by her family and the gorgeous surroundings of the central coast. Alison followed in her father’s footsteps by becoming an actor/director in the film business but found her passion for giving back to animals in 2011 when she co-created/EP the TV show, Animal Intervention with her long time friend Maissa Dauraic. After selling the show to Nat Geo Wild, Alison embarked on a journey of animal rescue and became an advocate for abused and neglected animals around the US. In 2012, She co-founded Eastwood Ranch Foundation in order to help save animals from high kill shelters in Southern California and beyond. She has also helped raise funds for animal sanctuaries, other animal non-profits and supported many other animal welfare causes. She continues to be a voice for the voiceless and help save lives everyday. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband Stacy Poitras.
